How it works for you

1. Claim your ZIP codes

Apply below with the ZIP codes you want to cover. There is one reseller per ZIP code, so the ones you are approved for are yours.

2. Requests come to you

People enter their ZIP code and tell us what they have. We pass each request to the reseller for that ZIP code, with their contact details and what they are offering.

3. You contact them and buy

You reach out, agree on a price, and collect the items or arrange a pickup. The deal is between you and the seller. Read our safety tips before you go to a pickup.

Who this is for

BookSourcer is built for people who already buy used books, CDs and DVDs locally and want a steadier supply, such as:

• Amazon and eBay sellers who source used media
• Used bookstore owners and flea market vendors
• Estate sale and thrift buyers
• Anyone with a car, storage space and time to do pickups

Founding member terms

• Free to join, with no credit card needed
• Up to 3 ZIP codes per reseller, free for 90 days
• One reseller per ZIP code
• One account per person or business. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• We review every application before a ZIP code is activated
• After 90 days you choose: keep your ZIP codes or release them so the next reseller can have them. We will tell you what continuing involves at least 30 days before your trial ends, and you will never be charged without your agreement.

Questions resellers ask

How many requests will I get?

It depends on your ZIP code, and we cannot promise a number. Las Vegas is live now. In other areas, requests arrive as sellers find the site and enter their ZIP code.

What if no one has asked in my ZIP code yet?

Then nothing is sent until someone does. Your ZIP code stays reserved for you during your free period, so you are first in line when requests start.

Can I claim more than 3 ZIP codes?

Not during the free launch. Three is the limit for each person or business.

What do I need to apply?

Your name, business name, email, phone number, the city and state where you are based, and the ZIP codes you want. A website or store link is optional but helps us review your application.
